Quality policy

To assure high quality certified services to our customers, in May 2004 we initiated the Quality Management System which is a documented international certificate EN ISO 9001:2000 for software and computer hardware auditing, safety auditing and certification.

The goal of BTC`s Quality Policy is the performance of services at the highest possible level, meeting the expectations and requirements of our customers.

We accomplish our goals through:
  • initiation and maintenance of the Quality Management System on standard ISO 9001:2000,
  • constant improvement of the efficiency of the Quality Management System,
  • clear procedures containing a description of the process, its objective, and the people responsible for its completion,
  • high quality auditing services based on clearly defined requirements of the customer,
  • building permanent, long-term relations with customers based on partnership,
  • constant recognition and understanding of the customer`s current requirements and expectations,
  • actively gathering information about certified services and customer opinions in order to measure the level of satisfaction and improvement of our products and services,
  • commitment of management to quality assurance,
    full responsibility of each worker for the quality of their work,
  • training and developing professional qualifications of employees,
  • cooperation only with reliable subcontractors,
  • initiation of new technology targeting the development of the company.
